Julie Ellison has spent more than a decade writing, shooting and editing stories about climbing and the outdoors. With a genuine documentary style, she uses adventure as a way to experience the world and help the people in it. She was Climbing Magazine’s first female Editor in Chief and she is one of the creators of Pretty Strong, a climbing film that put women front and center. Whether its for a big brand or a personal project, her goal is always to create engaging content that informs, entertains and inspires.
